Beautiful, charming village on a 3km long pebble-style beach known for crystal clear waters.

Located between Adrasan and Ulupınar on the mountain variant or between Adrasan and Tekirova on the coastal variant. This is a popular overnighting location.

Highlights

Famous for its beach and its laid-back atmosphere.

Adjacent to the town are the excellent Olympos ruins, through which the Lycian Way passes (admission fee required).

Accommodations

Near-endless number of guesthouses and hotels available, along with some commercial campgrounds.

Amenities

There are about a half-dozen excellent restaurants (albeit tending to be a bit on the expensive side, though almost every pension will also serve meals) and a couple of mini-markets. Fresh water is available.

There is a car rental place if you want to do some exploration of the region via car.

There are ATMs by the entrance to the village coming from Olympos.

Tips & Recommendations

If you plan on continuing along the coast, rather than along the inland route, it is still worthwhile making a day trip (or, even better, a night trip) up to the burning rocks at Chimaera. If you are hiking via the inland (mountain) variant, the Lycian Way passes directly through the site.
