Requirements

TrailSmart runs on all modern iPhones and Android phones.

All content is available offline, including offline map imagery. A WiFi connection is necessary to download content updates. Google Maps imagery (including Street View where available) can optionally be used instead of the offline imagery if an Internet connection is available.

Got trail experiences you'd like to share? We'd love to hear from you! We're always looking to improve our trail reference pages and for interesting content for our blog, including:

  • Your own trail experiences, interesting anecdotes, and trail reviews.
  • Trail information, GPS tracks, waypoints, background info, details on accommodation, and so on.
  • Photos & videos - but only your own, please.
  • Corrections on specific content (things we got wrong - even typos!).
  • Suggestions on trails you'd like us to cover.
