Has a steady but not steep descent towards the E (towards Göynük) and then flat within Göynük itself.

This section is entirely by paved road.

This is an off-route section and thus has no way-markings. However, the way is clear and straightforward.

There are lots of guesthouses available along the valley road and within Göynük itself.

There are several mini-markets along the roadside. Restaurants, pharmacies, banks, and other amenities are available along the main road through the town.

Dolmuş service is available from within Göynük, connecting with Antalya among other destinations.

Long section linking Göynük Canyon with the village of Hısarçandır. This used to be the first or last section of the Lycian Way (depending on which way you were walking) until it was extended in early 2014.
