Agricultural town located between Demre and Kumluca, it is notable as a major producer of oranges (which is also the town’s symbol).

In Lycian times, this was the port of Phoenicus. Its marina is still a popular stop for yachts and boat tours.

The nearby underwater caves are very popular with divers.
