There are a little over 70 communities along the Lycian Way.
Cities are available at or near the two endpoints, with the small city of Fethiye at the western endpoint and the large city of Antalya not far from the eastern endpoint of Geyikbayırı. If you need to purchase gear or get repairs done, both cities have options (especially Antalya). Both of those cities are also interesting places to explore and worth budgeting some time for each.
The main ‘resupply points’ in-between the endpoints are (from west-to-east) Kalkan, Kaş, Demre, Çıralı, and Tekirova. These are all towns with a good mix of accommodation and amenities. Kaş has an outdoor store where a limited selection of camping gear (such as stove fuel) can be obtained. These are all popular places for rest days as well (especially Kaş).
Many of the villages and hamlets are quite remote. Most will have one or two accommodation options though if you ask around informal arrangements are usually possible. Some will have markets and other amenities, though most won’t. When they do have markets, the selection is often limited. However, many guesthouses carry a small selection of supplies and most will sell them to non-guests as well as guests. Most guesthouses offer meals (usually included in the room rate) and will often serve non-guests as well if you inquire.
Water and often toilets are typically available at or near most mosques, and many mosques will permit you to pitch a tent on their property.
