Laid-back village located between Fethiye and Ovacık.

 

Motable for the fascinating ‘ghost town’ along its southern hillside. There’s also some Lycian tombs at the village’s northern edge.

There is a dolmuş stop right in front of the entrance to the ruins, with frequent service throughout the region.

Accommodations

Has a good selection of accommodation options.

 

Popular places include Selçuk Pension and Villa Rhapsody.

There are several excellent restaurants in the village including CINBAL Kebab Restaurant, Sarniç Boutique Restaurant & Art Gallery, Bülent’in Yeri Restaurant, and Yalçın Kebab Restaurant.

 

There is a market available and several water fountains.

Notes

There’s an admission fee required for entrance to the ghost town (through which the Lycian Way passes).
